I don't why the NYC DOE keep using this bus company.

Please do not trust this company with transportation for your children. The drivers drive through Brooklyn like it's a speedway with children in tow. You try and reach out to someone from the office and Nobody answers the phone. Bus YM361 cuts people off in traffic and makes illegal truns. Someone should be held responsible for these drivers.

Worse bus service ever. Out twice this week. No call. Office doesn’t pick up phone. My son has missed a few days of school due to their irresponsibility. On a score of 1-10, I’ll give them a ZERO
