Had a wonderful time during our stay here. Fishing was great, neighbors were great. Joel, Elizabeth, and Valerie (sorry if that's spelled wrong) were absolutely amazing. They never hesitated to spend time having fun with the kids during their incredibly busy day. Showers were awesome, just make sure you shut the door when you're done. My only complaint is the same as everyone else, wifi is terrible. But that's out of their control. And the heat. It was so unbelievably hot that we decided to move to southern Utah where it's a cool crisp 111 degrees today lol. Best of luck to you and your business. We miss you guys and hope to visit again.

We stayed here for 1 night passing through on our way to Florida. This is a great park and well maintained. Yes, it is in an industrial area, but it was rather quiet considering. It also seemed to be more for long term stays, but we didn’t mind that either. Overall, we would stay here again if we were coming through the area!

I've been in the park a few months now, and it's probably one of the nicest I've stayed in. The management, and just about everyone here, are very nice and accommodating. I even get a free cup of coffee every time I pay the rent, you just can't beat that. The prices are fair, and overall the park is well maintained. You do pay extra for electricity, but my camper is small and I only run the ac at night, so it doesn't really make a huge difference; and I don't mind because at least they have full hook up sites with picnic tables and everything, some campgrounds in the area don't even have sewage hookups. There are plenty of long term workers in this park, like myself; being in the middle of an industrial area, that's to be expected and just makes sense, but they do keep some of the nicer spots open for weekenders and people just traveling through. The game room and other common areas are really nice and well kept. One complaint I have is that the laundry room is really small, since the park was expanded it's really hard to get an open machine, so I usually just go to one of the local laundromats. The only other complaint I have is the road coming into the park is narrow and will rattle you around with potholes, speed bumps and drainage dips. For the most part, I can understand it helps slow people down, but it should at least be widened. Other than that, it's a great place to stay.

Yes you still need to winterize your boat!
Are you asking if the public may come onto the property to fish? If so, yes after purchasing a $5 fishing permit.
Pam, my apologies for not answering your question earlier, but we were in Israel, and when I tried, Google pulled it up in Hebrew, and I couldn’t figure out in my phone how change it. We do not have rentals, and I appreciate others answering back in my absence.
We didn't ha e a code when. We stayed there
