We have had Action for a year as management company for our HOA. My experience is that they do a very good job in helping us with our DR's, checks, paperwork etc. as needed. I would recommend Lee and his staff. I have yet to find anyone who has not been helpful. Any hiccup we have had has been handled. While no one management company is perfect, they do what we need and are helpful.

Hello, today I went to make my payment when I asked him how I can pay in such a rude way, he answered me and I asked him if I could pay in cash, I took the paper very rudely, that only by line, what kind of people do you respect, we did not go to ask for anything free to but if one fulfills the day then they send their letters

They send letters about grass in the cracks of the street but don't say anything about abandoned vehicles and burned out houses for years.
