I have had two leases with this complex. The first lease I have had barely any issues, however any issues that I did have management was super slow at resolving or did not resolve at all. This brings me to my current ongoing issue with roaches. I have roaches coming from another unit into my apartment. I have reached out to the office staff in person on several occasions and have made several pest control request and nothing has been done. The staff lies about the exterminator coming to my unit even though I have a ring camera and am able to see that he did not come. This is becoming a health issue for me and my partner, NEED a clean living space for our health to be the best. I had my own exterminator come due to no help from staff . However I am still seeing them to the point that last night a roach crawled on to the bed while me and my partner were trying to get intimate. A Nightmare.

I have never had such a poor experience touring a property like I did here. Not only did I receive an extremely uncalled for attitude over the phone when simply scheduling a tour with Dalyianna, but when I got there, ON TIME for my appointment, she was busy helping someone else and the other leasing agent, who was not busy, sat there and wanted to make me wait until Dalyianna was finished. I told the other leasing agent that Dalyianna was extremely rude over the phone and I would prefer to do my tour with another leasing agent if it was possible… I should’ve just left then and there. I felt extremely rushed during the tour, my questions were not fully answered, and for whatever reason when I was touring the only unit they allowed me to see, the leasing agent stood with the entrance door wide open ready to go before I even go got to really look at the unit. She didn’t explain any of the finishes, the community amenities, or any of the benefits. I could tell she just wanted me gone. Their treatment was very unfortunate and it was very obvious that they only value Hispanic residents. The person that gave me my tour tried to deter me from being interested in this property by telling me that the pet fee was $550 and was entirely nonrefundable, however when I looked up the property information online it shows that there is a pet FEE and a pet DEPOSIT, these are two very different things. One is refundable the other isn’t, But she lied and said the full thing wasn’t refundable. After reading some of the other reviews I am extremely glad that I dodged a bullet here and I would not suggest this property to anyone unless you’re Hispanic and want to deal with racist people in your office. I immediately toured at The Ranch directly across the street after my experience here and received far better customer service at a far nicer property. Again, I would not suggest this property to even my worst enemy.

PICTURES - ROACH INFESTED BUILDING: This place is absolutely disgusting! I’ve never in my life had an experience such as this. These are photos just from a visit! My brother lives here and is one of the cleanest people I know. He has lived here over a year with no issues at all and as of late (2 or 3 weeks at this point) he’s had issues with roaches. We believe it’s coming from a different unit. Maybe someone moved in with them or maybe a vacant unit is providing an opportune environment for them. We don’t know. We’ve sprayed, bombed, contacted the on site management NUMEROUS times, have spent $100s on an actual exterminator, and management has done NOTHING to rectify the issue. They don’t even care. So at this point, we’re documenting the issue. I’m so disappointed in management’s lack of urgency considering it’s definitely more than a few units within that building experiencing the same issue. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!
