If you’re a visitor or whatever! Becareful at the parking lot. They stole a piece of my car ( the spoiler ) & not just that they ripped the wire. And they don’t have cameras in the parking lot - so obviously there’s not proof according to Roxana. Also management is pretty outrageous. So unprofessional.

Sucks Beyond belief! Should have toured the apartments before just moving in. Endless bugs. I don't even think they have a fax machine here for you to use. Also no office for you to use for internet purposes. They have this RINKY DINK Tennis court that's not even featured on the apartments website. Completely misplaced and this community and collecting dust when it could be a playground for the kids here instead of them playing in the streets that are so narrow for cars to get by! in this community. HUGE reason for no parking?? You decide. And you can tell they definitely don't walk the grounds inspecting this poorly put together wooden plank fence. Has so many holes including like a door that opens and close right next to the sketchy corner store. So it's basically not gated. The inside Foundation is collapsing...everywhere. and they won't fix it. They say they can't fix it.. so work with all that.

Go somewhere else that much cleaner. Roaches everywhere. The foundation is crumbling. Everything's literally painted on. Think you're moving into a clean unit. Think again. You would think rotting wood wouldn't be painted over you would think things wouldn't be fixed with staples and glue and "leave it there and maybe they'll never notice"- type of stuff . Buttload of electrical outlets that doesn't work upon moving. It's like they didn't do a walk through of the entire unit at all!! And they have this creepy man who wears a tank top and open up shirt he never speaks he's awkwardly quiet he doesn't greet you with a smile he comes in fixes your stuff as the maintenance man and then just leaves with barely a whisper it's like it's so creepy he's very uncomfortable to be around . And he's the one who goes dominantly through all the apartments . Why are you going to have a maintenance man that makes her residents feel creeped out? Why is there no wholesome friendly welcoming as you coming into my home to fix the things that she already be fixed? Go elsewhere to where you don't wake up to a roach greeting you everyday in your bed, kitchen bathroom, living room & on your dining table. NO MATTER HOW CLEAN NO MATTEE HOW MANY TUMES STRAYED FOR BUGS.. They'll come back.... They'll always come back.

I have nothing but good things to say about my time living at 14150 Wunderlich. I’ll start with the front office, the manager is very courteous and polite, along with the two assistants in the front. The maintenance team has always responded to a couple small repair issues. The location is a plus if you’re looking to live near 1960, there are many business to access near by.
