My two daughters (5&7) & I just moved in about a week ago, so far we love it. I love all the amenities! Charles helped us so much, he was super welcoming & friendly. I appreciate the time he took to sit with me & go over my paperwork, etc - THANK YOU CHARLES 🙏🏼☺️ Some other great things: Stadium Thriftway is kitty corner to the intersection 👌🏼 The views on the bay side of the building are excellent, the city views on the other side are almost just as picturesque. Also I just want to say I love the music in the mail room🙂 very nice touch.

Charles was a HUGE HUGE help with my move in process. He was always available to answer any questions I had & was so nice about it all. He’s so nice to all the residents here and it’s nice to have our leasing office be so open and friendly to all of us I have been here for a little over a month and I have no complaints. The apartment is the perfect size for me, the views are amazing and the location is to die for.

Laurli was so expedient and helpful. Looking for a new place can be headache and when you add a tight timeline that increases the stress exponentially. We happened to stop by Orion Apartments and the pace and responsiveness between inquiring about availability to moving in was incredible. We really appreciate the seamless experience! Plus, all electronic processing is super user friendly which made a big difference! Highly recommend.

Can't rave enough about this apartment building, the amenities, the staff, or the location. The entire building has been newly renovated and the communal spaces as well as the individual apartments are modern and extremely well maintained. The leasing & maintenance staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the move in process. The views from either side of the building, whether of green trees and Wright Park or of Commencement Bay are fantastic. There are even two giant, communal patios downstairs with excellent views of the mountains and the bay. The surrounding area is also a reason to live at The Orion Apartments. You're a 3 minute walk from one of the largest parks in Tacoma, a 5 minute walk from a grocery store, several coffee shops, restaurants, bars, banks, dry cleaners, and only a half hour walk from the waterway. We apartment hunted for more than a month and Orion apartments is not only the most affordable price per month in this area, but they have some of the nicest facilities.
