terrible place. barely used my membership, cancelled membership after they made it impossible to do so without actually walking into the building, then still charged me an annual fee and refused to refund it.they don’t offer an option to speak to anyone at the corporate level regarding issues like this either. gym itself isn’t even that nice. extremely dissatisfied with this establishment. definitely much better fitness options out there.

i canceled my membership back in march and i’ve been charged for it 7 months after they took $200 out of my banks and the manager says she can’t help the issue since it’s 7 months past that if i come in before November 10 i’ll get the cancellation for “free” at first then she said that i have to pay $25 to cancel and they’ll stop charging me, charging me for a black card even though i’m 17

I have a black card which is $20 monthly and I can go to any location and use all the services including the massaging chairs, tanning (I don't need that) etc. I can bring a guest every time as well so my son or wife comes for free. If they want to come without me it would $10/ month for the basic services

I am a black card member and have never had no problems with my guest using the hydromassage bed or massage chair. Keep in mind that if you go during the "busy time" you will more than likely experience a problem if other black card members also want to use the massage features.
