Update: At&t is not a good choice very low internet speed furthermore they don't update to fiber at the retreat. Management should give other companies a chance else it will ruin the experience at the retreat. Maintenance is very good access to emergency work is a life saver. I have been a tenant for a long time over 6 years and I can tell you 2022 I cannot complain. The real issue is not management but tenant some neighbors are just hard to work with there is no apartment that would come after hours late at night to do maintenance. We have had several notice regarding pool & Valley trash however most tenant do not respect policies.

These apartments are HORRIBLE. The good reviews seem fake bc I’ve talked to a few neighbors & they told me about the roaches and how they get moved into half done apartments. Both of my cousins moved here and BOTH of they apartments wasn’t done! One AC went out after a day! They keep saying maintenance coming for everything that shoulda been done before and they don’t. They waited weeks with no ac. They talkin bout they got a lot of acs broken bc of heat but collecting rent so why is there no money to fix ??? People telling me it’s been like this FOR YEARS. The manager always act busy and like she can’t talk to anyone, everybody talks for her! She don’t care what happens around here! How could you care about people and keep giving them horrible Apts! A place they call home. I can see if it was once but read these reviews it’s all the time. BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY! Might as well move to the hood. They treat you the same. Overpriced for NOTHIN.

I live in these apartments it is horible is the maintenance as well as the office staff. they never listen when you need a maintenance order I have 3 months that the washing machine does not work and they only say to wait I do not recommend them

My only problem is the pictures from the website are not pictures of the actual property. They’re totally different apartments
