Went in for annual well exam that has been scheduled for months. Front office staff said there was no such appointment, only the cancellation of the prior appointment. They called and rescheduled for today. My wife even called back to confirm the appointment. Also, this exact scenario happened a few months ago for my wife’s well visit. Dr. Friedman may be an amazing doctor, but this practice has been sold, and the staff is unclear and unable to perform simple scheduling correctly. With the practice being transferred, customer service has gone out the window.

Very nice doctor who is losing patience during what appears to be a management buyout with administrative turnover. Canceled my husband's appointment and called multiple times about mine, rebooking it and asking me to see someone else. The very capable Nurse was depressed and the whole vibe of the office was confusion and apathy... sad because he is a good doctor, but the entire staff needs to be as good as he is.

Doctor and PA are nice but the short administration staffing is causing me to pay out of pocket for nasal spray. I haven’t heard back about my prescription submission for over a week. I went into the office with my two little kids determined to get the issue resolved but I waited for 30 mins with no real resolution. Called a few days later and only got half of the answer and call again left a message but didn’t hear back about my prescription again. I am ready to switch doctor office so I don’t need to keep paying out of pocket for medication that I really need.

They force the patients to make appointments even if it's not needed just to squeeze money. Be careful and ask thoroughly as to why they are forcing to make an appointment if they can answer some basic questions over phone. I felt their practice is pretty unethical.
