I was just in there for a missing wallet report and officer Lombardo was very rude& lackadaisical. He asked what I was in there for and I let him know I needed to file a missing wallet police report. His response was “why do people come here for these?” You don’t need them and I let him know both my ID’s were missing and credit cards. He looked very bothered by this very simple task. He should know that if I want to dispute any charges with my bank I’ll need this report and also identity fraud is a big thing but he didn’t really care. His attitude was horrible the whole time. He was so negative and it almost looked like he was being forced to do his job. At the end of the day if I want a report it’s up to me not him. He needs to do his job and not highly suggest that I don’t need it just because he doesn’t want to work. I know very nice officers that work in that district. It’s a shame that one bad officer sets the tone for others.
