Tara was very helpful when we ran into some issues during our weekly rental…we’d recommend her to anyone!

And to think Plymouth Pointe apartments couldnt get a worse landlord, somehow they did. These people are IMPOSSIBLE to reach. No matter which number you call, you get a phone tree and a "call back". They dont even have a customer service associate answering their main company line. Absolutely pathetic for a company whose motto is "renting shouldnt be hard". I guess paying them isnt hard, its just getting in touch with them for literally anything thats the hard part.

I lived at 586 Laurel Court at Village Square until this February and it was lovely until I left.I paid $1675 every month( utilities included) until my 11 month I was told to pay $1181 because my brother and I came on a deal. A debt collection agency harassed me 5 months later saying I never paid for 2 months of utilities ( how when I paid $1675+ every month and my rent was $1500)though I gave them my forwarding address to send me my mail. I call every other day to try to straighten this out just for the woman in the office to tell me the system is down or she can’t figure out how to work the computer. What???? Then on top of that they said that we owe them for a carpet shampoo( the carpet had normal wear and tear to it, no crazy big stains or anything) but was told when I first moved in that Village Square ALWAYS rips up their carpet when a new tenant comes. So I either got charged for something that never happened or they are lying to tenants about giving them new carpet. I need answers NOW before false information is reported on my rental history and since no one seems to know what they are doing or can help hopefully this gets your attention. Update: I was told by the community manager, Ashley, that Village Square will only rip up carpets if they are over 5 years old or not presentable. So I was charged $99 for a carpet shampoo when I left when my lease said $89. I asked why I was charged $10 extra dollars and was told that “ just because it is on the lease does not mean that is what you will be charged. A lot of Berger rental properties use the same lease so we customize it to our needs”

That's how they operate. Same thing in Allentown PA Skilled in corporate waterboarding so they increase the rent with every fallen/felled tenant. 3 complete hall renovations in three years...
