The Driveway Company was amazing to work with! Colton was great to communicate with, and answered all of my questions. I will be recommending them to all.

They filled some cracks I thought I would have to rip up and re pour. Then sealed with a top coat. I’m excited it all blends quite nicely. Pleased with the result.

Colton and the crew were knowledgeable, friendly, fast, and also offered the most affordable and appropriate options out of the three quotes we received from other companies.

They did a pretty good job fixing our patio and driveway. Mostly we had whole slabs that needed lifting. There was one that was cracked a lot so they did were able to lift the pieces a little bit, but not all they way. They did not charge us the full price for that piece. There was a slight misunderstanding about pricing- we thought the caulking estimate was for all of our slabs but it was only for the ones they worked on. Overall the price was pretty good anyway, so it was fine.

No! Replacing your concrete is EXPENSIVE and it is not the only option. We can save your concrete- driveway, sidewalk, porch, patio- by fixing cracks, caulking joints and sealing it. In most cases, we can do all of this at a FRACTION of replacing!
Absolutely! We can provide comprehensive concrete maintenance and management services for property management companies including repairing cracks, caulking joints and sealing concrete.
The work we do for the most part is seasonal and is done in the winter months. We can seal some concrete projects during the winter months as long as it is 40 degrees during the day. This applies to new or never-been-sealed concrete.
At this time, we do not pour new concrete. Pro Tip: Don’t pour concrete in the winter!

Most jobs are done in one day and you can drive on it in 48 hours or less!
We provide service in Salt Lake, Summit and Utah County. We can also provide service in Wasatch County, depending on the project.

Yes, we have a 1-year limited warranty on our concrete repair services. For our Rubapave and Softroc installations, we have a 5 or 10 year warranty depending on the location of the install.
Yes, we can help your business with any concrete crack repair, joint caulking or concrete sealing you need. If you have a concrete parking lot, that can be very expensive to replace. Sealing it will help protect your property. Caulking joints and fixing cracks will help mitigate trip hazards from concrete sinking.
We pressure wash concrete as part of our concrete sealing process.
If you’ve had your concrete sealed before, you can do a simple test to see if it is time. Simply pour water on the driveway. If it beads, you’re good. If it absorbs into the concrete, it’s time for us to come and reseal it for you!
There are water, oil and solvent based sealers. We can come out and test your sealed concrete to determine which type was used. It’s important that only the same-type of sealant is used when resealing otherwise it won’t work!
Simply pour water on the driveway. If it beads, your concrete has been sealed before. If it absorbs into the concrete, it’s time for us to come and reseal it for you!

If you have had it sealed previously, it needs to be sealed every 3-5 years.
If you live in Utah, the answer is absolutely YES. Our harsh winters cause concrete to crack, spall and chip. Sealing your concrete can help protect against chemicals, salt and ice melt from eating and destroying your concrete.
You need to wait at least 30 days for concrete to fully cure BEFORE you apply any sealant. We have a number of options to choose from including our Deep Seal sealer that strengthens, hardens and densifies your concrete- it only needs to be applied once!

Yes! Instead of a concrete overlay which will just crack if there are existing cracks, we have a premium rubber safety surface material we can apply directly over spalled, cracked or chipped concrete. It’s called Softroc and Rubapave and comes with a 5 or 10 year warranty depending on where it is installed.
We can recaulk the mastic around the pool, seal the concrete to prevent damage or even install premium non-slip rubber safety surface material over existing concrete!
We can save your concrete from needing to be replaced by repairing cracks and caulking joints.
We caulk joints in patios, porches, sidewalks - any concrete area with control or expansion joints, including your garage. We can also caulk the perimeter or your home around the foundation where sidewalks and driveways meet.
Yes! We professionally grind, clean and prepare each joint for caulking. Remove old caulking and debris as needed. Fill each joint with commercial-grade caulking to seal joints and prevent water from seeping under the driveway.
Yes! We professionally prepare each crack for repair by grinding out each crack to create a new surface for the caulking to adhere to. We then clean each crack, dry it out and then hand-tool caulking into each crack. We finish each crack with sand to prevent debris from sticking to the caulking.
