Ryan worked with us for well over a year in an extended search that spanned across Chapel Hill and West Durham and involved many breaks. Ryan never complained about the process, was always responsive, and generally did everything we needed him to do. Multiple times, after not speaking for a month or more, we would ask him to see a property, and he would start working immediately. He also dug deep on the details and history of properties so we were knowledgeable before walking in the door. He clearly knows the Chapel Hill and West Durham markets. I provide services to both buyer clients and seller clients. On the buying side I help locate potential homes to buy, schedule home tours, review any potential problems with the home, analyze the expected appraised value, schedule inspections, and finalize closing. On the selling side I prepare the home for the market, schedule the photographer, 3D tour, and floor plan companies, market the home, create bidding wars, negotiate the highest price, and handle the contract to closing process. Buyer or seller, the process can be stressful and I am there to support you and answer all questions!
Anywhere from 0% to 25% is typical - I can recommend an experienced and inexpensive loan officer should you need as well. Credit unions such as State Employees Credit Union have 0% down mortgage products, but make sure to ask if they are adjustable rate mortgages.
