Very disappointing and discouraging experience with Dr Thrash. Transferred to him from another USDP office/doctor, at which I’d been very satisfied. However this was a complete 180, first (and likely last) time. Doctor was very careless when answering my questions, and almost seemed annoyed or as if he didn’t want to be there. He rushed out of the room while I still had many questions regarding my treatment, well before it had been even close to an hour of my schedule consultation. In fact he was just in the room for about 10 minutes (if that), and all he did was paraphrase the notes and treatment of my previous doctor, with little to no added value. Lastly, this assistant provided me with misaligned treatment information and guidance from what Thrash had provided, so needless to say I left very puzzled, on top of discouraged and disappointed. My review is all encompassing of the USDP staff and doctor, at this location, otherwise it’d be just a “one star” for Dr Thrash, as I can’t speak for the other doctors, I give them a slight benefit of doubt considering my previous experience.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful my first visit. Not a long wait and I was seen quickly. Assessed quickly and handled my situation! I'm impressed already after the first visit!
