I just had the most AMAZING facial, done by Dory, at Elite Spa. This was my first time there and Lexi, the owner, fit me in at the last minute. Dory took her time, explained everything as she went, and was so thorough!!!! Oh, and the massage…. I can’t even explain!!!! They offer so many services at this spa, I can’t wait to go back! I spent over $80 on my nail set. My nails are chipping and falling off and it's only been 2 days. I asked for a refund but they don't offer refunds. *** Even though my nails were done incorrectly and cheaply. She told me wait til my nails grow out or completely chip off. Who has time for that? We spend hundreds a month here, and will not be coming back. The absolute worst customer service experience at a nail salon I've ever had.
