#Expensive I went in to have my roots touched up and a trim, they charged me for “all over” color ($100) because my new growth was a little over an inch…1/3 of my head is not “all over”. Then they charged me for a a full hair cut ($73) when she took 5 mins to cut my ends only. Felt like I was taken advantage of.

My girlfriend tried to come in this morning and showed up 5 minutes after her appointment due to marathon traffic, she called ahead and let them know she was coming. Goldwaves said it was already too late, and the stylist would not do it. They had only been open for 5 minutes when she called, the time was 9:05; the first appointment of the day. I find it very hard to believe she couldn't have gotten partial highlights in an appointment shortened by 5-10 minutes. Sounds like an unaccommodating establishment, hard pass!
