This review ONLY applies to the Admission Progress as a family member of the patient admitting into RCA's detox & in-patient program and does not speak for the experience of a patient: - The Admission team is really attentive throughout the admission process, and they are consistently touching-base in the process & follow through promptly to ensure the admission process is smooth & everything is being organized as planned, especially to name a few in the team; Keith, Megan, Taylor, Sarah, Rebecca and more, who have taken the extra effort to check in constantly to ensure all information are in-place for a smooth admission. So Thank you for the Admission team for making the Admission works as planned. But of course there are areas which RCA needs to work on, therefore 4 stars is given instead of 5.

Absolutely horrible facility! Thieves work there and will steal your personal property. I was there a few days and caught them multiple times. Finally left and realized my laptop and charger was stolen as well. Now I'm getting very little help from the employee's who never answer the phones. With security cameras in place you'd think this wouldn't be an issue. Police getting involved at this point. Just Trash!

I work for RCA and it is the most patient-care focused organization I've worked at in that past 25 years. I love how our staff treat our patients with compassion and individualized care. We strive to make treatment as comfortable as possible and learn from them what we can do to always be improving.

When you love what you do it's not a job, it's a passion. RCA's mission and vision for saving lives is the reason I chose to have a career here. There is not one colleague I've met that isn't passionate about what we do every day. My first day, I was walking down the hallway of the main building and every staff member I encountered greeted me with a smile and a hello. Every time I'm on our campus, I'm greeted with the same warmth. There is no utopia of organizations or treatment, but RCA is as close as it gets. I feel privileged to represent RCA and our team as we work together to help our clients and their family members recover.

I highly doubt it! These are higher end centers that usually do not accept state Medicaid.
This is the case in several areas of Addiction treatment, they are like a hospital, they need to be paid also, there are however places to go, that are free and or very reasonable. And are covered by Medicare. Alcoholism is a sickness but after detox not everyone needs further treatment.
