Heaven on earth for both dogs and humans. 99% of the dogs are off-leash, so if you have any concerns about your dog being reactive or aggressive with other dogs it would be best to avoid PWDP.

Will I have to walk dogs on leash to get to the fenced area?

We do because you're walking through a parking lot but some people don't. It's a small lot and people are normally driving slow and looking out for dogs.

Is there a daily permit fee to enter the park and a parking fee or is it just one fee? I am coming from Morton Grove so I want to make sure I have everything I need to get in! :)

Yes everything is fenced in. There are "on leash" sections of the park which I'm not sure if those areas are fenced in or not, but there is a gate before the "on leash" area begins.
