Well I pretty much was in & out they took my paper work & said they will give it to right person to look over & to expect a call or letter in mail.I thought they were pretty nice. So hope & pray for good news🙏🤞

This office is Very Very Slow! They sit around gossiping and laughing and do not tend to the clients. This establishment has been like this for years and it’s sad and pathetic!! I’m just here to pick up my ebt card and I’ve been here a hour already. They complain about not wanting to do work as they sit around talking. It’s just a bad experience coming here.

If it wasn't for having to give this place a star to make a review they definitely wouldn't get one. Due to the pandemic most all of these facilities are closed and are having you leave voice-mails in order to get any assistance. I've been leaving voice mails for 14 days and still no return call. I ended up calling another facility just to see if it was like that at other places but fortunately it wasn't at other locations just this one. Unfortunately that other location couldn't help me they stated I had to speak to someone at this location. I be researching have to report this facility cause this is not acceptable at all.

Has anyone successfully mailed anything in here? I have brought my proof of residency in twice and handed it to them at the front desk and both times they have lost it. The website doesn’t work, so I don’t know what to do?

My advice to you is make sure you get seen that day, you have to ask for case worker don't give any paperwork to the front desk!

if you have a New born baby and you have no job and you've been incarcerated can you be denied getting a medical card
