Everyone was courteous. My interview was with Officer Octave, R. He was very patient and courteous, even when I asked him to repeat. He made it extremely less stressful for me. Keep in mind the security guards are doing their job but when I needed assistant all of them were direct but helpful.

Was going to ask security if there was a link to see the ceremony, for the family members at home. I said I had a question, since I knew I was not able to go in, he rudely said "NO don't ask" I said "I just want to know if there is a link for me to see ceremony" "NO" again. So π sad!!

Yes
Log into your account at uscis and check the status.
No, USCIS doesn't handle passports. The Department of the State issues passports. Follow instructions on their website.
Yes, make an Infopass appointment.
Yes, name change ceremonies are done through the courts.
Unfortunately, no! Only people who are being sworn in are allowed inside the building.. Family members can wait outside in the parking lot.. That was our experience.
Call center managed an appointment... it was urgent for international travel.
Appointment only and make sure to bring the specific letter from them about it. Or the number of the form that u filled. Also, you can check your status online on their website, but they usually don't keep anything updated. Or you can call their number, someone that never knew about your case it will answer you or might call you to make an appointment, if so make sure to take the PiN and request number correctly , you gonna need to print your letter online in case they call you.
Check processing times for this application type under the tools section at www.uscis.gov
I think USCIS will be the one to give you the schedule after you file your application.
@ rikita did you found out if is open this week?
Go to your online account. Under the tab for resources. Hit send a message.
No u need an appointment.
They're not answering.

Please contact USCIS.
In English please
You need to go in person to a social security Office...
I don't think you're going to have a problem bringing 4 people. They will have to go through security check and sit in a different area but I saw people that bringing three and four people with them. The best thing just to be sure is to call them ahead of time and ask
No they don't accept walk-ins and recently they stopped doing infopass for some cases. Log in to your USCIS account to see if your case is eligible for infopass appointment.
