Parking at the Parking Spot is always made easy! Their facilities feel safe and I’ve never had to worry about my car while parked. Their app provides a quick check-in & out. The shuttles are always quick to pickup and helpful with luggage. Having the option to let them know from the app when I’m waiting on the shuttle at the terminal is fantastic!

Terrible pickup service, I waited for 45 minutes and saw 3 north shuttles passing by before the south shuttle picked me up This is the second time I encountered this delay

It depends on the tune your flight arrived. They have more than one bus. I have seen up to 3 or 4 buses at the parking spot2.
The benefits of parking at our DFW Premium location are, quicker journey to DFW Airport, in some cases nearly half the time! A maximum of 2 terminal stops on pickup and dropoff. On return, PREMIUM guests are dropped off first, if no PREMIUM guests are on board, North guests only make one stop too. If you are not a member $15.95 per day. Being a member saves you on average ~$2-3 per day. Also, each location in the metroplex advertises slightly different prices. Covered parking is always more but your vehicle will be 100% covered at the Parking Spot 2. At the south location, my car was only partially covered for the same price.
Email or call them and the spot will give you one if you have proof that you were there
Not usually but I highly recommend it for the summer and if traveling on a Monday. Also, the Parking Spot 2 has a large covered parking garage but it does completely fill up from time to time.
All of the Parking Spot locations are pretty good about responding to notes played in there "Contact Us" section. I would suggest you reach out to them in that fashion.
