Unfortunately, I cant give less than one star. The woman that "owns" this company doesnt have the ability to listen to a question and answer accordingly. Much like a politician. If you ask how much they pay for a standard 48x40 grade B pallet. She will tell you "between 30 cents and $6.25" she refuses to give an exact price because she wants you to bring your pallets in so they can give you a low ball offer and hope you take it because you already made the trip. Also. She would rather argue with you than just be up front and honest about the price they pay for each grade of pallet. This place is SHADY and I will NEVER do business here.
