The folks at the Dallas 5 office are dedicated to helping ex-cons succeed in reentering society. They are courteous, professional and understanding. They inspire parolees to live a proper life not by force and threats, but through leadership and compassion. In prison, I was told that parole officers believe it is their job to find a way to send us back to prison. I assure you, the team at the Dallas 5 office do not think that way. They believe it is their calling to help us succeed. ...and they do. I no longer live in their region, which I regret, but I will always be grateful to the wonderful staff at the Dallas 5 parole office for giving my a firm footing onto which I can build my new life.

Updated April 22, 2018: This is the longest time I have experienced for Google to update recommended suggestions. One wonders if one should pursue a FOIA request. I probably will just to stir up the corruption and encourage actual public service while finding out how much Gaggle follows the herd. Transfer, transfer, transfer. Answer the same questions and receive no definite answers in return. My suggestion is go directly to Ms. Hayes, the Assistant Regional, while cc'ing your state representatives' offices and senators' offices. For my taxes, I expect people to understand basic questions (i.e. How do you spell that last name? Can you transfer me to ... ? Who is your supervisor? etc.) If those three questions were too difficult for three people with normal American accents, then their cognitive abilities would better serve as laundromat attendants, movers, manual laborers or unemployed on SSI and in a group home for people with developmental disabilities. Scratch the last one, because most people in group homes are well-meaning but limited. The employees here seem to be limited, perpetually surly and uncaring.
