The doctors here are amazing, if you can get past the front desk and hunt down all of the prescribed supplements on your own. I just got off the phone explaining that I received a message through the patient portal: My test results are in but are unavailable to view, and I apparently need to schedule an appointment to discuss them. The front desk staff repeated this to me as if I somehow hadn’t said this to her seconds before. I asked who I’m supposed to schedule with. She seemed confused by this and asked who my last appointment was with. I’ve only seen Dr Raden, but during my last conversation with this same front desk person she told me Dr Raden will no longer be seeing any patients (new or current). I guess she forgot they told me that. She probably should have made a note in my chart. She might also want to stop speaking to people like they are idiots. This is indicative of every conversation I’ve had with her, but I’ve tolerated it because a knowledgeable doctor is hard to find. I’m not sure where I’m supposed to go now. I was clear about my treatment needs from day one.
