Honestly I have nothing bad to say about them. Delicious wings, good price, good service, fast and prompt, never had an order wrong, and plenty of flavor choices.

Paid for 24 pcs with delivery fee on the app. And 1hour later, they told me they didn't offer delivery (which I might understand) and they don't know how to refund or compensate the fee and the time I paid. I drove to the store and my order still messed up, it was wrong order, missing wings, and not even a apologize. Dine in is close, and fountain drinks seemed to be out a lot. And I dont get my refund back, this is such a messed up experience at Wingstop.

Yeah, so this was my first time here and going here was definitely a mistake… I prefer the location near trinity mills and marsh lane but they were extremely busy and this was the second closest. 1. They gave me Parmesian when I asked for Garlic Lemon pepper over the phone. 2. Them messing up my order wasn’t that big of an issue but whoever the girl at the front taking orders is should probably take a few lesson on customer service. Extremely unwelcoming and blunt. Worst experience I’ve had at a Wingstop (and I used to work at one). Definitely won’t be back to this location.

OK food, but really bad service. They never pick up the phone. If you want to speak to someone there, you’re probably going to have to go in person. This might be a corporate location, so nobody really cares how the customer is treated here. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you had another option.
