They will fire so fast and not even explain why plus the training I received was poor. My supervisors couldn’t figure out if I was still training or not but still put me and others on live lines and they have a whole training area for new hires to train at but don’t use it.

5 hours to load you, even is is drop and hook you have to wait like 3 hours, they just open the door and disappears and come 30 minutes later to check you in if you don’t have enough hours close your clock to reset the 10 hours there. There’s parking for 3 trucks to stay overnight
