Update: 5/13/22 I return to the clinic because of the same issues headaches sinus bleeding and now random fevers. The same woman with a walking cane was rude and disrespectful. Once I saw a nurse no one addressed any of my symptoms and how to solve the issues. Seems everyone's busy typing stuff into a computer and doesn't actually communicate with the patient. It would be nice to have an American doctor at American government taxpayer dollar paid facilities. they have a law enforcement officer to enforce the mask laws that don't exist. VA clinics are a joke. I'm sure Google will hide my comments because they are not positive. I am having issues breathing with sinus bleeding and bell's palsy. I walk in takes my temp. and forces me to wear a mask that restricts my breathing. So now I'm forced to wait outside in the cold because I can't wear a mask. What kind of world is this? This isn't how I would treat another vet. Not in a million years. The woman at the check in with a walking cain treated me like I was disgusting. The looks on her face. Asked me my last 4 more than three times because she doesn't have the patience to wait for my response which is hindered by the Bell's Palsy. Which is why I'm here. This is why vets hate the VA. Are social distancing floor stickers, a mask, and a table between the check in necessary? When have hospitals changed protocol over a virus that doesn't kill anyone? I have real concerns about my headaches, blurred vision, bleeding sinuses, and they want me to construct my breathing for a conspiracy theory? What happened to common sense?

The people working there were good. It was the phone system that was inadequate. Calling and leaving a message meant that the message often relayed different than what you were trying to get across.

If you’re a newly transitioned veteran in need of care.. this isn’t the place for for you. For over a month I was ignored, given false appointments and broken promises from my “doctors nurse” and never called back. Unfortunately, my first appointment is now rescheduled for the FOURTH time in over two months.. after my initial request for medical care. What a shame this is.

What time are the labs open?

7am but they won't see you until 7:45am or later as they have 7:30 meeting. 7:30 or 8am might be good times to arrive for fasting blood work.

Need to come in for fasting blood work anything I need to know?

This is my first visit here. It's already starting off wrong 🙄. The paperwork looks like it's for children. Anyone else having issues with the check in?
