Awful… Terrible… your time is not valued here, they are are unorganized, and preoccupied with whatever they have planned at the end of their shift. The only thing efficient here are the guys who load you, but the front office? They way they conduct business is a disaster… Highly probable that you won’t get your load to its destination in time, so be prepared for that.
