Horrible customer service on the phone. Kept transferring me to a closed clinic. Made me start over every time I called back. The woman on the phone could not have cared less.

Everything was great except Dr.Lee. Very judgemental and doesnt take patients concern seriously. Doesnt even bother to go over the patients medical history, literally had to ask her to open and check it. Terrible experience, waste of time and money.

UW clinic Issaquah cancelled my appointment today without informing me after I was few mins late. When I called their scheduler they told me normally 10 mins is acceptable for the appointment. I understand I was 10 mins late but when they cancel the appointment the very least they can do is send a message or call and inform. This was a ridiculous waste of time when they cannot accommodate patients. I would never go back here. When I called them to give this feedback, the scheduler admitted they canceled this appointment prematurely and asked me to reschedule the appt. UW needs to fix this and not treat patients like nonsense and respect their time. There are lot of clinics out there and if patients are picking UW they need to be treated fairly otherwise I will take my "business" elsewhere.

I have been struggling for quite some time to find a primary care provider that I felt was a good match. Today, I gave UW Medicine at their Issaquah clinic a visit, and I am so happy I did. For personal reasons- I don’t want to state the provider I saw- but I am extremely satisfied with the care I received. My provider was competent in her assessment of my issues, clearly explained what was going on, and reviewed my options moving forward. The provider was also kind and easy to talk too. In addition to the primary doctor, the medical assistant and representative at the front desk were kind, efficient, and helpful in their respective roles. I cannot speak to this locations urgent care - but I highly recommend seeing if their primary care is a good fit.
