The work is decent. However, when you come here, don't expect to feel good about the money you spend. One day I went in for an oil change at 245pm for a 3pm appointment. Three men and two women were in the office. One of the two women greeted me and told me the other woman would be right with me. The woman she was referring to was handling a customer issue over the phone. Noone else seemed occupied as they starred at me with blank looks and not a word said. Ten minutes later, i still received glares, and the lady hung up the phone and asked if there was something I was waiting for. I told her I needed to check in my truck for the oil change I had scheduled. She then replied, "Anyone could have done that." This is only one of many examples I can give you that made me feel like I was an inconvenience at this establishment. If they want this to change, they will need to figure out a way to make customers feel welcomed. Free water bottles and coffee is nice, but not a substitute a lack of customer service. This is the only Ford location in this area and I believe they take advantage of this. So, while people will say "if you don't like the way they do business you can go somewhere else." I will. However, remember business is about customers first. So, if you like feeling boarderline disrespected by the lack of accurate communication, or ignored for the first five minutes you enter the building. This place is for you.
