Excellent service. They were able to fix my motorhome windshield quickly and were very reasonable.

Worst experience I've ever experienced. 3 rear windows later in a month, no my 1200watt amp isn't going to shatter windows. Didn't clean up the glass all that great, rear of the car is all scratched to hell. Never again.

Called them and got scheduled within a day and they replaced my windshield within two hours. Nice people, fast service, good price. Couldn't ask for more.

Great service. Got a window replacement with no problems. I always get my windshield repairs here. Quick and professional.

Unfortunately, tempered safety glass, by design, cannot be cut. It is designed to break into small pieces when cut or broken to reduce the risk of significant injuries to the person breaking it. Using safety glass, of which “tempered” is one type, is mandated by state building codes in specific applications like doors, sidelights, showers, etc. Please call Glass Doctor if you want more information on this topic.
For auto glass, we have the best guarantee in the nation upon installing a new windshield. If you choose our Windshield Protection Plan, you’ll have coverage for a full 12 months. Should you get a rock chip in your new windshield, Glass Doctor will repair it at no cost to you. Our Windshield Protection Plan covers all rock chips received in the first 12 months — no limit. Should you receive damage that is not repairable such as a long crack or significant damage in the driver’s view area, we will replace the windshield at no cost to you for the glass material. Depending upon the type of coverage you purchase at the time of original install, you may be responsible for the cost of labor, adhesive, and moldings.
Currently, most Glass Doctor locations use urethane with a one-hour safe drive-away time from when the new windshield gets set. No need for blue tape or any holds on washing your car. You are fully protected at the 60-minute mark. Please be sure to check with your local Glass Doctor to ensure the type of urethane being used.
Scratch removal in auto glass is not a commercially viable solution to the retail market. Basically, it is labor-intensive and not always successful. If the customer is not satisfied with the result, they are understandably not willing to pay for the time and materials invested by the glass company. Scratch removal and scratch buffing systems exist; however, they are typically only practical in warehouses, industrial, and larger commercial glass projects. Please call our Glass Doctor office if you would like a more detailed explanation.
Yes. In some states, called Zero-Deductible states, if you have full (comprehensive) coverage, your deductible is waived, and the windshield chip repair or full windshield replacement will be free to the policyholder. Our expert customer service team will help you determine your coverage level and work with your insurance company to verify your coverage level. We can handle the claims process for you, saving you time.
Yes it can be cut at the Glass Doctor.
