My 11 month old Beagle Loves it. Major problem is people are bringing young children into large off leash area. They have one sign in parking lot, no kids allowed. They need signs on entrance gate. I have contacted Minot park district at least 4 times. No action taken. It is a matter of time until a child gets injured severely The city of Minot will be held liable not our dogs. This is an area for dogs not kids.

Certain areas you could.

I searched the online City Ordinances of Minot and the Minot Parks Disctrict website online and could not find any rules or regulations pertaining to metal detecting. Is it legal to metal detect, dig small holes, and fill them in Minot City Parks?
