Grooming department is the worse. Jennifer is very unprofessional and rude.

This is for the grooming department. We’ve taken our two dogs to be groomed a few times. We have a German Shepard who is an absolute sweetheart but the past two times we’ve taken him, the groomers tell us they he is aggressive and they can’t fully do the service. Ive never ever had anyone tell me that he is aggressive, I am sure it’s because they didn’t treat him right because of the look on their faces when I bring him in. Also, we have a husky mix who we paid to be determinated which was over $200 and he came home still shedding. We will no longer be taking our pets to this petsmart as we pay good money just to have a bad experience.

It is a store where you can find everything for your pet, be it cat, dog, bird and fish. For me, there is everything, including haircuts for dogs and cats.

Went in for pericut and said don’t touch his face and they buzzed his nose and his eyes without asking.

Petsmart doesn’t sell dogs.
Depends on which location you go to and if it has the clinic in it

They had cats for adoption like last month
Petsmart isn’t a shelter or a basset hound breeder
They have adoption days on the weekends, they do not specifically sell dogs.
Two things you should consider maybe someone at the store could help you better and also you should really consult yiur primary vet.
