TNL BOBA has the best boba 100%, this is my 2nd time in and I let them know theirs is the best around, and they let me know they make their own boba! I don't know how many places do this. But they are doing something right! Plus I found that their Thai tea is brewed from actual leaves and not some powdery mixture! Thank you TNL for the excellence!

Good selection but not a fan of the crushed ice. Need larger ice cubes that do not go up the straw as you drink.

Got a boba tea , they only had peach flavored, and clear boba, made my tummy hurt.fruit was good but the boba was not made well and the shake made my stomach hurt. I usually love this place, but just this one time I was disappointed with it .-.

The safey practices at TNL Boba Tea meat my expectations. Customers stay 6 ft away from others in line, once done ordering you wait outside until your name ( order ) has been said.

It depends what good seating means to you specifically. There is indoor and out door tables. It is a comfortable place to sit and eat at.
