Do Not use Digital Mint. First off I have no affiliation to any bitcoin company. I usually wire money to my bitcoin exchange however banks are closed on the weekend so I have used 3 different bitcoin atms in Chicago. Digital Mint was by far the worst experience. First off they were the only atm to request ID verification which consist of my scanning my ID in their machine. I understand that regulations may demand this information however Digital Mint was the only company to have requested this to date. Since I have nothing to hide I offer up my ID hippest their machine could not even read my ID. It could not scan my Drivers license so I opted to put it directly in the slot like an atm debit card. Well that didn't work either. Then it said you could take a photo of the card and next thing I know my face is on the screen so I hold up my ID and hit the click to capture button...which did nothing. Talk about a terrible user interface. These machines make a usually fast process and turned it into a nightmare. I tried 2 times to execute a bitcoin purchase and the machine could not even get past the ID verification which no other atm I have used has even requested. Do not waste your time with these machines. I have used coinflip and rockit coin and would recommend coinflip due to the lowest fees I have come across and incredibly easy experience. Again I have no affiliation to any bitcoin company but my experience was so frustrating with Digital Mint I had to express my discontent. I would never use their machines.
