The worst UPS store. The person is unfriendly, unhelpful There is always a problem. UPS shouldn't have to employ like that. I understand now why the Fedex close is very full and this UPS store empty. I left my box in another store without any problem.

DO NOT GO HERE. They are beyond RUDE at this store. I was yelled at by both the male and female working just because I set my boxes on the counter and went out to my car get my other boxes. I never asked them to not help anyone behind me in line, in fact, I was hoping they would! Please give you business to more well deserving people, there are a lot in our community who are so kind and helpful. These people are not.

On Gilman, the rudest people ever. They were extremely abrupt and militant about masks, shouting as soon as the door was opened to get a mask on or keep out. Three times they refused to accept UPS returns for bogus reasons that other UPS stores accepted no problem. And if you complain, the Asian woman who works there will ask you to never come back. I tried the UPS store in the Highlands today. What a change. What a nice, efficient person. And the store is neat and tidy, not a dump like Gilman. Guess what? I accept the request to never go back to the store on Gilman. Why would I! The store in the Highlands WANTS my business.

Absolutely awful! The lady at the count just couldn’t be more difficult. I brought a pre-paid package and she refused to take it, sending me to the line. I have been shipping pre-paid UPS packages for 10+ years now & literally shipped thousands of those and NEVER had such rude & unprofessional experience. Drop of is a drop off, no need to stand in line, otherwise what’s the point? She needs to be trained or fired! I hope UPS takes a note of a string of one star feedback for this store & address it!
