Have never had a bad experience here. I've pawned some stuff and purchased some things and everything I've purchased has been good quality. The store is clean, organized, and well stocked. Things are still reasonably priced despite the pandemic. Staff has impeccable customer service skills, Lex was a great help to me. Definitely would recommend coming to this one as opposed to other ones on the southside. It's right off the highway, so come to this one even if you're on another side of town

I live kinda far away (30 min drive) & there are other pawn shops much closer than this one but they all have horrible reviews. This one had great reviews, which did seem kinda suspicious. It was pretty busy, but I was helped in a decent amount of time. The 2 employees I spoke to were friendly. I got more money than I planned, and they were even offering more if I needed it. Definitely recommend.
