Used to love this place and went there often. It's been going downhill for years though. Got food there last night. The presentation was sloppy and my bowl wasn't even full. Now I'm thankful though because I definitely have food poisoning. I'm vegan, so I don't even know how that happened. My friend who got the chicken burrito also got sick. Probably won't be back again.

One of the managers, Jordan, became super rude when I calmly asked for a discount when they told me they were out of plastic cups and bottled water. He said he couldn’t do anything (not true, he was the only manager there) and tried to get smart with me. “We’re out of plastic cups, and you’re making a huge deal out of it???” YES!!! You’re offering zero resolution!!! What am I supposed to drink!

For one month, the soda machine has been down. Of course the staff says only one week but they have said it to me 6 times over a month. Lol. Then one employee says the chips are stale and the other employee says no serving the stale ones. the chips are stale and not crunchy but chewy. Horrible . And the chip serving size is really down. Now I don’t have a reliable qdoba. The one on 135 is horrible too See video of rubber chip
