The dining room was closed because they didn't have enough staff. The fries were cold. The rest of the food was fresh. We requested more sauces and said they couldn't give us more.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. GREEN BEANS MUSHY. SHRIMP I BET 3 DAYS OLD. LOOK AT THE PIC YOU'LL SEE. NO PLASTIC WEAR OR NAPKINS WERE IN BAG. 40 PACKS OF KETCHUP THOUGH. REALLY ONE MEAL. KEEP SOME OF THE KETCHUP AND ADD NAPKINS AND SOMETHING TO EAT WITH. THE COLDSLAW WAS GOOD. NEVER EVER GOING TO GO BACK. I'M NEVER GIVING THIS LOCATION ANOTHER DIME. I'll let you all know if I get food poisoning. This is the Beech Grove location.

ordered a number 7 the fish was decently fresh as was 1 of the chicken pieces but the second piece of chicken [in pic] felt like it was dredged up from the bottom of the frier yesterday had more hard crusty coating that hard past its time meat that in now way in this world was cooked at the same time as the rest of the food. i didnt say anything as its useless to argue with overpaid workers that scream at each other on the front line about them doing a human level of work at their job but what do i expect from a fast food restaurant on emerson in beech grove. is why i will never go back

NOT HAPPY! I've got so much to say about y'all, it's not even funny! And it breaks my heart because I have always LOVED this place! Growing up...it was always a special treat when we got Long John's. So I've literally grown up loving this place. But I've watched y'all decline in both quality of product AND customer service! I will say that the MAJORITY (NOT all) of ur staff is friendly, but there's a couple that seriously need their attitude checked! They're not doin me a favor by WORKING! ! PLEASE Y'ALL!! Do better! We pay entirely too much money for LONG waits... and over cooked fish!! And now that I think about it...THATS WHY IT TOOK SO LONG! Y'all cooked to long!! 🤣
