Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru to pick up script which was wrapped around the building. Unacceptable. When we called was told the car can’t move because the COVID test wasn’t done right Put pickups in the other lane for crying out loud oh still waiting.

The blonde lady pharmacist is the absolute worst. Extremely rude, disrespectful, and just an out right jerk. I dread anytime I hear her voice on the phone or see her working because she single handedly makes getting a prescription like pulling teeth. Doesn’t use the texting system, doesn’t call, pickup times never accurate. And I only have these problems when this specific pharmacist is working. I plan to get her name and some photos to add to the review but this lady is ruining the Beech Grove CVS pharmacy for everyone! Please Resign! Find a new career! Rude and unhappy people like you have no place in healthcare! It should not be this hard to get the medication I need!

Fairly good CVS, store was clean and modern; though some of the shelves were bare. Staff were friendly and quick to process checkout.

Avoid this location at all costs. I had an appointment for a PCR test at noon on Wed. Oct. 6. I arrived at the drive thru ten minutes early. I did not leave until 1:15 pm. When I said to the lady working with gauged ears that it has been over an hour she snapped not to yell and that she is working on it. The whole time the employees can be heard laughing. No acknowledgement of my wait just had to sit and deal with their imcompatnace while the line of cars behind me got longer and longer. Not even an apology for the wait. My wife went to another location was in an out in less than 20 minutes and already got her test results back.
