Spent $60 just to get pizza that doesn’t have any sauce on it, breadsticks instead of cheese sticks, and wings with literally no sauce. We tried calling the store and when answered, we are hung up on immediately. Travel to another location, this place is a joke.

Hire people with customer service skills especially your night manager. She should never come speak to a customer with a phone attached to her face and a bad attitude. Also make sure your pizza makers wash they’re hands and actually put gloves on.

I ordered a personal pan & breadsticks & was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. It was 50 minutes it took. I could hear the manager telling the staff to bump orders coming up which is putting them in front of previous orders already waiting. When I got my order I said something about the time & her response was if you don't like it then don't come back. I have been coming to this location 12 years & it's right by my house. They need a new manager. It was never like this before in the past. The food was always ready & good quality. I'm not the type to post but she was so rude & this happened before with the order taking over an hour last time. So if you order from this location be prepared to wait awhile. All they had to say from the beginning while ordering is there's a wait & it will be ready in 50 minutes to a hour instead of 15 minutes & that would of been fine. The other staff was fine but just a rude manager that needs trained on customer service to treat customers right.
