Dropped off items to be dry cleaned and an hour later called and asked them to take off the buttons of the clothing and they agreed to do so. They did not and lost a significant amount of them. I left my phone number for them to call me when found because “they had to investigate” and “someone new is working” and they failed to do so. Two stars instead of one because they’re prices are cheaper but this is ridiculous. Don’t agree to do something then don’t. Still have not been called and it’s been a week.

I take all of my dress shirts there. Even with heavy stains they come back perfect every time. I have had alterations to several shirts and pants done also. The lady that does alterations is amazing!
