I just absolutely love my apartment here at Beech Grove Station! The other residents are very friendly, so there is a real sense of community amongst us here. The police and fire department are in the backyard which makes me feel safe. The staff are just great! John is always quick to respond to my maintenance requests. You can tell he actually cares about his residents. Nick has been a great addition to the property… a lot better than your last manager! I love the fun events he throws for us because, I really missed BINGO! I can’t wait to see what he does with the community garden.

I am revising my initial review. The manager of Beech Grove station called me today and was very kind in reaching out to me. She explained to me the number of hats that she wears and all the responsibilities she has and she said that she is the only person in the office. My husband and I will more than likely be making an appointment and going back there and learning more about Beech Grove station. I appreciate her taking your time to call me and explain all the hats that she wears and that she is the only person in the office.

Based on first impressions, the leasing agent is an exceptionally personable professional. She made sure that my application was complete, educated me about tax credit complexes and how it affects my rental amount, showed me a vacant unit and discussed amenities and complex activitied. It will be a pleasure to live in a complex that is managed by a person that is professional, as well as, good natured.
