Just go to the office and speak with management, they are exceptionally sweet and will give you the run down on requirements etc. Just keep in mind there is a long waiting list and could be anywhere from 5 to 10 years wait time. I just recently went in and have an appt in June to fill out paperwork, but that will only put me on the waiting list.
