We have stayed there plenty of times, especially when we first moved here & we're staying with family - we stayed like every weekend until we found a place. Our rooms were always clean. Everything was new and modern. The free breakfast was awesome - my son loved their automated pancake maker lol. Housekeeping was the best! The front desk clerks were always friendly and seemed to kinda remember us. One of the best motels in the area! Definitely recommend!

The front desk staff during check in and check out was good. The location is great and the noise from the nearby roads is not horrible. My main concern with this hotel was cleanliness. The desks and night stands had food marks from a previous guest, they were not wiped clean. The freezer in the room still had food from a previous guest. The TV remote had traces of food and it was quite dirty. The shampoo bottle in the room was empty. These are some of the main things I had to deal with. I express my concerns to the front desk staff and she was apologetic and mentioned that someone will reach out to me about my stay. That did not happened. I probably won't stay at this hotel again and I do not recommend it.

Location was good for easy on easy off access. Very noisy at night due to the hotel being right by the freeway. Staff was courteous. Pool was good enough for kiddos. The hotel is in need of some updating but luckily rooms were clean and beds were ok. Biggest issue, and I mean BIG, is the security there. First night we were there, some friends of ours had their car broken into. Second night, another family had their catalytic converter stolen! The hotel claims they have overnight security. They may want to fire their security firm or whomever watches their property at night. Won’t be staying here again. Not worth their rates.

I give this a high 4. The morning shift was super nice, informative and had great customer service skills. The room was amazing. Everything worked, was stocked properly and very roomy. The king beds (which is all they have in the hotel 🤗) were extremely comfortable with 4 fluffy pillows. Pool wasn't open, but that's ok. I suggest calling ahead if want to utilize the pool. We will definitely make this our go-to hotel when we visit Indy.
