Great trails, swimming in the rivers and playing in the mud. It has primitive camping, cabins and RV camping. Also a general store and eating place.. Love this place for mud therapy

Yes, they have public showers and restrooms on site. They don't have showers on the cabins. They are building new cabins that will have showers but they are not ready yet.
Having a fire depends on whether or not there is a burn ban in the county due to drought conditions.
Was there on Saturday and it was top notch. They will still have the ride, they have been working all week to get everything ready for the big ride
Yes u can but u will get scratches on some trails
If you look younger than 30 yrs you must have picture ID.
River Run park is the best park in Texas so far nice Trails all through the park
Yes, It is just outside of the gate maybe 1/8 mile as you leave the park.
It's a river and it is very low. I boat but not in kayaks. It would be easy to put in, lower parts of the river I believe you can get through and see beautiful scenery and wildlife.
No you have to bring your own.
Call the office and they will take care of you.
Show up. Lol
This is best answered probably by River Run . However a quick search led me to SCS Powersports which say they have rentals at River Run . Just find a way to go !Borrow a friend's atv, your neighbors, take your grandmas scooter if you have to . Just go!! It's always fun at River Run !
You can rent out there. I think they will ask for a $500 deposit and $250 to rent.
They're open 24/7 during events people actually live there run the place, but I would give them a call or message them thru Facebook to make sure gates will be open.
Only open on weekends and there is an entrance fee. No appointment needed if you are just going for the day. The camp sites and cabins fill up fast, so you need to book those ahead of time.
I've heard talk about it. But nothing definite that I know of.
They do not rent ATV's. You have to bring your own.
I paid twenty dollars for a weekend day, forty for the weekend.
Yes
Cabin prices can vary. I don't see why not on the Banshee. When in doubt call them to make sure.
No, the event weekends are posted on their website for the year. Next one is the beginning of August.
It's a good park. Just right now mother nature is not cooperating very much. Some say the water is too much but I say once it goes down there will be plenty of mud to play in
"Primitive spots available for pre-booking are filled, but we still have plenty of other Primitive Camping Areas located throughout the park that don’t require a reservation." Pulled that from the reservation page for the event on the website. Get there early as possible because if past events are any indicator the place will fill up quick! Happy mudding!
Yes on a non event weekend. I will say I rarely see dirt bikes. They are allowed, but 99% will be on a 4 wheeler or side by side.
I agree with both answers in terms of it being better to learn on a non-event weekend but with that being said they're still has plenty of room to learn even if you go on a weekend that happens to be an event because in all honesty, not only do you need to learn to ride but you need to learn to ride with others around
I would check their website or call them directly so you know you have accurate information
You would have to contact the park. From what I've heard, theres a waiting list for food vendors.
Need at least a small truck you can drive around the high line areas and listen to music.
Flooding isn't bad. I always message them on Facebook before I head that way after a heavy rain though.
Yeah. There are trails for any kind of vehicle. 4x4 is not always necessary but it's good to have just in case
Not crazy. Only crazy on event weekends.
$20 a person on non event weekend. They offer a military discount for active and veterans. No gear needed.
How do I set a reminder so it will book a spot automatically
Check we site. Depends on events going on or not
Certain places at certain times
Bring your own
There are sites with electric and water hook ups, you can pitch a tent there. Ive seen lots of people do it
The website will have the pricing for the event. https://www.riverrunpark.com/
Event is next weekend so regular price. 20 per day. 30 for friday thru sunday. 20 for Saturday sunday. Events are usually 45+
Yes
Protective gear is not required at this park however there is a lot of blind curves and if you're going to be going fast I would highly recommend it
Normally 50.00 a person
I would call. The people are very helpful and will let you know whats available
