I was staying in the Hilton and called in a pizza. The driver couldn't find the front door of the hotel. Texted and called me but I have no idea of where he was. I then called pizzeria and they were no help at all.

Requesting the name of the manager of this store & their contact info. Michael told me he is the shift supervisor and he is the one I need to voice a complaint about. He absolutely REFUSED to give me the managers name. So much for customer service
