My first appointment with Dr. Goosey was certainly NOT a disappointing experience. My preliminary research of Dr. Goosey did not fail me. When I choose the date for my cataract surgery I will not hesitate to have him perform the procedure. He answered my questions with warm pleasant directness; and no doubt he is a gifted surgeon. His assistant who I saw first is excellent and so delightful. All office staff is courteous. My recommendation.

I have been a patient of Houston Eye Associates since Oct 2018 when I came in as an emergency case with a pseudomona bacterial infection in left eye. Dr Goosey pulled me thru with sometimes daily office visits to adjust medications and eventually to save my vision. After a successful cornea transplant by Dr Goosey, I was correctly referred to ophthalmologists who specialized in glaucoma and adult strabismus to address issues caused by the infection. Opticians at HEA also worked with me to get custom corrective lens. It was a complex case, with a team of doctors that restored my sight. HEA is a one stop shop for complex vision issues, eye surgery, and Optician specialists in corrective glasses, custom prism glasses, and sclera lens. I received excellent care from every professional at HEA.

Had a Cataract surgery. It was quick and professional. The staff were extremely efficient and friendly. Definitely consider having Dr Goosey perform your surgery.

So Dr. Goosey has been watching the progression of my keratoconus. Dr. Lee who is the optometrist (who is in the same building) is the one who prescribe the scleral lenses.
Medicare but not Medicaid. Call the appointment line to verify before you book an appointment.
