No stars....but had to put one to post. I had the worst experience I've ever had at a Dr's appointment. My mother had an appointment at 10am. And I also had an appointment to pick up a Uhaul at 9:30. So I had a friend drive me to get the Uhaul and rush her to the appointment. We arrived about 9:58 and my mother rushed in as I got off the Uhaul to transfer my 2 toddlers and car seats to the Uhaul so I could start my move as my friend and mom handled the appointment. A short little guy asked my friend if the Uhaul was ours as he helped my mother in the building because she walks with a Cain. My friend said yes and explained what I was doing. My friend walked around the truck and lit a cigarette. As I strapped the last child in the car seat I hear a voice rudely asking me to remove the vehicle from the property. I replied "can u wait a sec I'm putting my kids in the cars seat" he straight up told me "no" so I replied "well your going to wait anyways" even though I was done. Then he threatened to have me removed. So I told him he could remove me himself since he wana act aggressive in front of my children and i told him he was just a punk bully. Then as he walked away he said if he wasn't on the clock he would do something....it wasn't clear because he was walking away. Then I left and 2mins sown the rd at 10:08they told my mom she was torte and set her up with an appointment a week later. My mother had nothing to do with it...you think I m gna trust this establishment with my mother's well-being? I think not...I dnt think anyone should. Taking it out on the innocent....wow!

I would’ve given 5 if it was just for the doctor. I have been going to him for almost 20 years and since he moved to the oak cliff location his front desk staff has the worst attitudes never wanting to bill insurance properly and talks crazy.
