I was driving to the store and trying to call to see if they closed at 5 or 6 p.m. as I found two times online. They wouldn't answer the phone after I called three times. Traffic was horrible due to rain but I wanted to go anyway. I get there ten minutes until close and start asking for prices of items from the guy working there, as no items had prices. He kept talking with his associates and he was agitated when I kept coming back to him for pricing on only three items. Not sure of his name , but when I asked about an item's price five minutes until closing and he touches my sleeve and starts pointing at his watch; you just lost my business. Literally pointing at his watch and tapping it. You can get lost sir!!! I just drove 45 minutes out of my way from home to come to your place of business, in horrible weather and traffic and you're trying to get me out. Not sure who the owner is, but when I come in to a store and am ushered to leave your place of business before closing, I'm deeply offended. Not only was I about to drop over $1500 on patio furniture and other Home Depot items, its upsetting. I shouldn't have to wave cash in a store owner's face. Maybe its a regional misunderstanding for me, but where I grew up, if I had done what this gentleman did in my town working at Menard's, I would have been fired on the spot. I won't return there or recommend shopping there. There are so many other liquidation warehouses in Orlando where I've had positive experiences and recommend highly over this place. 1 Star Loss = Website and times don't match name of store. 2nd Star Loss = Terrible attitude and refuse to answer phone. 3rd Star Loss = Touching my sleeve and tapping your watch, reminding me to leave because you are closing...right now!

Yes! We do. All major brands. New and scratch/dent. We allow testing and verification of rhe units and we help you. Also we have a 3rd party delivery option. ALSO the PRICING we offer on all our units is absolutely worth it. Especially with our process of testing and verification. Tyler and I both stand behind our brand. And customer service is our highest priority. So we want everyone to be comfortable and happy!

The staff always asks and insists that you try it first. Their employees will test it in your presence before you buy it. If it doesn't y, and you can use parts, they will cut the price...a lot. Sometimes it's an easy fix. Great place for realtoros and flippers.
Hi! We do get mattresses, but not on a day to day schedule. Its a bit more random. We to get air mattresses more often.

Hi Jennifer! To answer your question when we purchase large appliance truckloads yes we definitely get them. All name brand. But those seem to be hot items and all the ovens sell out very quickly! We release weekly schedules of our deliveries and the type truckloads we receive, so if you see me post another appliance load here soon. Do not miss out! See you soon
